Sudhakar, has Masters in Sociology and has been working in development sectors for the last 18 years. He has been associated with SEARCH since last 10 years. He has deep knowledge and expertise in sectors like DRR – (Disaster Risk Reduction), Climate Change, MIS , Strengthening of FPOs & CBOs, Skill training and Livelihoods and for fisherfolk.
He has worked on long term projects funded by European Union, CASA, RED CROSS, IFAD and World Bank. He is also a part of SERACH’s strategic planning.
