Saradhi is a Post-Graduate in Sociology and has 15 years of field experience in different domains of development Sector. 

His core areas of expertise are Community Mobilization, NRM activities, Water and Sanitation, Women Enterprise development, CBO promotion, Environment and institution development. 

He has undergone several training programs and has also attended national and international workshops and seminars related to the sector.
