Climate Smart Village (CSV)
CSV is an integration focus on Building resilient agriculture production system through promotion a range of climate smart agriculture Technologies and Practices in 138 villages of Prakasam & Nellore districts.
Implemented Climate Smart Agriculture Interventions in 105 villages of Prakasam and Nellore districts. As per MSK team directions the team conducted grama sabha meetings and formed CSV groups in all the villages.
Under CSV covered major crops i.e Chilly, Red gram, cotton and pulses etc and covered 7500 ha of area in all the villages.

- Base line survey completed 240 households for both districts
- Compalisation of Base line survey
- Assessment of Preferable interventions and implementation frame work
- Climate Risk assessment and Technologies prioritization
- Identification of adaption barriers
- Conducted CSV work shop at district level and village level
- Prepared IEC material on CSV
- Implemented FFS
